SKECHERS Work Burgin - Tarlac

I've been wearing these Skechers Boots for work for the past three weeks, and I'm already incredibly impressed. While three weeks might not seem like a long time, I'm on my feet all day, often in demanding conditions, and these boots have already proven their worth. Durability is clearly a strong suit. The leather is tough and resists scuffs and abrasions. I've even had a rather...unfortunate incident where I ran my foot over with a u-boat (long story!), and these boots shrugged it off like it was nothing. Seriously, not a mark. The stitching is solid, and the soles look like they'll hold up for a long time. These boots feel built to last. But what's truly amazing is the comfort. You wouldn't expect a boot this tough to be so comfortable, but these Skechers deliver. The insole provides excellent cushioning, and the fit was perfect right out of the box. There was no break-in period required; they felt great from day one. Even after long, grueling shifts, my feet don't ache. It's like walking on clouds, even on concrete. As someone with a metal plate in my ankle, finding supportive and comfortable footwear can be a challenge, but these boots have been fantastic. They provide great ankle support without any discomfort. These boots also offer great support. My ankles feel stable, and I haven't experienced any foot fatigue, even when carrying heavy loads. The slip-resistant soles provide excellent traction, which is crucial in my line of work. Overall, these Skechers Boots are an outstanding work boot. They're incredibly durable (I can personally attest to that!), surprisingly comfortable, and provide excellent support. If you're looking for a boot that can handle tough conditions – and even the occasional u-boat encounter – and keep your feet happy all day long, I highly recommend these. They're worth every penny, even based on my initial experience.

So far so good. These boots are a little stiff. The sole is decent but not the best. You may need to add another comfort insert to get better comfort but like I said they are decent. You can wear pretty much through a 8 hour work shift with the insert that come with these and your want be too worn out (buy a companion insert for more comfort). Your feet will sweat in these. Make sure to buy the correct fit so your feet are not sliding around. I usually wear size 10.5 and bought size 11 and these fit just right. They also squeak when you walk. Just the leather hasn't been broken it. I've had these for almost 2 months and they still squeak. Anyway these are extremely great value for the price I paid ($39.99 on sale). I've bought $80 or $90 boots that weren't as good as these. The strings are okay, but last pair I had of these the boot strings broke and had to get a new set. Over all the steel toes are a plus working with heavy equipment. And the soles have great traction on wet surfaces (unless you step on wet leaves walking down someone's wooden ramp).

Got almost 2 years of use out of these before they got to the point of being unusable. I work in an auto shop and I'm on my feet for 10-12 hours a day and out of the box these are not that comfortable. However with a gel insole in they're a lot better. I've worn them in some pretty deep snow and they did a pretty good job actually, and I never really lost traction on a wet or oily surface. They lasted awhile and until recently a lot of damage it took was mostly cosmetic that didn't effect how they felt. What did them in was the rubber tread on the bottom getting slits in them that would let rocks get stuck beneath the tread and sole of the shoe. Also the layer of the sole under the insole wore down to the point that the metal puncture proof layer was exposed causing the boots to be pretty uncomfortable. Boots overall were pretty good, they're heavy like most work boots, so I'm getting a pair of safety toe shoes instead this go around However for not even $60, if you get a gel insole you have a really good boot for the money that do last awhile in my experience.

Let me begin by saying my husband is HARD on boots! The last pair we purchased, he only wore them for about two months and the sole completely gave through. Whether it was a defect in the product or his own use of the boot, I don't know, but it was awful. The lining actually came through the sole. So, we bought this boot, hoping we'd get just a little more wear out of it. And so far, it looks like it will FAR surpass our expectations! The sole is thick and sturdy, but not so stiff that it doesn't break in well. The uppers are also quality material, breaking in well, but not breaking down too soon either. The insole doesn't have an extensive amount of support, but it's cushioned well and holds up under 8 to 10-hour shifts in a fast-paced, fast-moving atmosphere. What's even better is that these shoes can be used for work, cleaned, and then used for dressier occasions as well. So it really is an all-purpose boot. If you're looking for a motorcycle boot, though, I don't know that I'd recommend it for that. It seems to me like it would be a little clunky, especially if you have to shift gears much, and there's no toe guard. Generally, I highly recommend this boot, and I think you'll enjoy the wear you get out of it.

Wow they're a great pair of shoes they do as they say but they seem a little bit tight and small it might be good to go a half size bigger maybe I don't know. What they do is they say they work really well there's sturdy you just going to break them in. The only draw back on these the shoelaces are starting to break after just having them on for 5 days. If you look at the picture where my shoelaces are tied there's two white dots . That's where the shoelaces are breaking and it's happening on both shoes . That shouldn't happen after 5 days . But other than that they're very well slip resistant to steel toes are nice. Definitely sturdy and well-built shoe compared to what I've had in the past. But we'll see how long they last. I was just surprised if you lace is broke after just five days of use. But that's easily replaceable Well here's an update about two-and-a-half 3 months ago. Your shoes started making a funny sound on my right shoe. I checked us all if there was nothing wrong but I kept hearing a funny sound. Then every once in a while I would feel like there's something in my shoe. And there was a piece of something in there. I thought maybe came from my floor something. Then just the other day my soul came over loose when I took my shoe off and when I went to put it back in there I noticed two holes in my shoe on the inside where the plastic at broken. That's what's been making the noise. Is there a warranty for that. Go buy yourself some caterpillar boots so much better quality and a lot more comfortable. You might pay a little bit more but you get the best quality. And they won't fall apart like these did

I bought these work boots for my husband because he is an electrician and needs sturdy, protective footwear for work. Initially, we were very happy with them. They looked well made, the material and sole felt durable, and overall they seemed like a good-quality pair of work boots At first, the boots were actually very comfortable, and my husband was happy wearing them for work. Unfortunately, after approximately two months of regular use, the right boot became very uncomfortable. The protective toe area started putting a lot of pressure on his right foot. We’re not sure exactly what happened, but it felt as though something in the toe area had shifted or was pressing down, making the boot too uncomfortable for him to continue wearing. We purchased them about a year ago, but because of this issue he was only able to use them for approximately two months. It was disappointing because initially he really liked them and everything else about the construction seemed durable and suitable for work. Based on our experience, the comfort and durability of the protective toe area are the main reasons I can’t give these boots a higher rating.

These are heavy on the feet but work well in the rain and mud. I needed a mud boot for the rain and outdoors. They fit and are comfortable but they weigh a lot on the feet. Definitely give my legs a workout but I use them when my other shoes are not capable of the terrain and conditions. They are kinda like the not so fuel efficient off-road tire for your feet. They also don't seem to want to fall apart, so they should last longer than my other light not so solid shoes.

Have been placing item on my cart for months finally click to purchase. Delighted and happy to make this decision, is a very comfortable steel toe (safety shoe) unlike all those purchased locally at retail which is painful after half a day. True to size just get the wide version from Skechers, already to recommended to my colleagues.
