Lightweight for Sourdough Baking
A beautiful and functional set! I needed a quality roaster with lid that could replace my tremendously heavy cast iron Dutch oven. The weight of this Granite-Wear roaster is perfect. I needed a set that could withstand very high temperatures when baking sourdough bread. And it has that vintage look I treasure. I will update my review should the coming months bring any changes to my 5 star review. I did much research on enamel pans for high temperature baking. They can easily run $75 and much higher. This roaster was far less in cost but still had the Granite-Wear name and reputation. It was packaged well and came without any dents or damage.

Excellent roasting pan for large groups.
I love this pan, it was bought for large group meals I prepare and I enjoy using it, it’s dishwasher safe and rugged as all get out

Does what it should.
I could easily fit my 14 lb turkey in this roaster. I think it would accommodate 20 lbs. I’d recommend using a roasting rack inside. Even without the rack, my turkey roasted nicely and evenly. What I didn’t like were the stickers on the pan. They do not peel off easily. They come off in tiny pieces. Took me forever.

Junk! Don't Buy!
A leak developed after one use. No refund because it's more than 30 days since it was purchased. This roaster was damaged while my wife was cleaning it. Apparently, a dirty plate cannot be put inside the roaster because the plate will scrape against the inside and create a hole in the thin metal. This roaster is not as thick as our previous roaster that was about 25 years old.

Perfect size roaster for turkey and veggies all in one pot
This roaster is perfect for a 8-10kg turkey with room for all your veggies in the same pan.Turkey comes out really moist since the pan has a self-basting lid that drips the moisture back into the pan as it collects on the lid.Very durable, solid coatingEasy to wash up after it cools down.Handles on the side make it really easy to carry in and out of the stove and over to the counter.Perfect height so should fit into all size stoves, even double-ovens, although the top lid handle may come close to the upper burner.

Poor quality
I bought this roaster a year ago but did not use it till this Thanksgiving and after using it the enamel chipped on the inside. Where it was bought and amazon basically said because it was purchased a year but never used I’m out the money. I have tried to send an email to the company but no luck reaching them
