The bicycle industry needs to do a better job of standardization. The threads on the hanger bolt were the wrong pith. Note the diameter appeared to match ... SAE vs Metric ? RETURNED !

Looks good fit well haven't gotten all parts yet to put chain on but lines up well should work good

I recently bought a multi-speed bike and have decided to convert it to a single speed.Although I could remove the chain and replace it with a shorter version, I prefer to use these single speed tensioner devices so, if I so choose, I can go back to multiple gears.This unit is nice in that it’s metal instead of the usual plastic offerings I see. Believe me, metal is much better than plastic any day.Quality appears top notch and it hooks up to my bike just like the original multi-speed tensioner did. Even though it’s aluminum alloy, this unit weighs very little and possibly less than what your bike came with.And for the uninitiated, this is not a simple install-and-go device. Watch some YouTube videos on this topic before you install it and then complain to clatters. There are a couple adjustments to be made after installation!And that is about the only fault I can find with this – no instructions whatsoever; however, it could be argued you wouldn’t buy one if you didn’t know what it’s for.No arguing with the price since most models I’ve seen in standalone bike stores can cost twice as much, if not more.
