Good product for the price and set up takes about 15 minutes or so. Heating and massage functions work pretty well but do make some sound (minimal in my opinion but could be an issue with some). Fairly comfortable and not too big or too small. Lever for lowering is a plastic ring and not a pull handle on the side (like many other recliners). Foot rest is a little tough to get back into place from upright position but a quick extra push usually does the trick. Overall for the price this is a good deal.

At first I was skeptical about the quality but after reading the reviews I decided to purchase the chair. It took some time to assemble but I enjoy projects like that. I was surprised at the quality and ease of assembly and surprised at the comfort. For the price, great value. I ordered another one.

Assembly was done by my husband, which he was able to do quickly and quite easily with the instructions provided. I love that’s it’s a swivel chair and a recliner. The perfect chair for my size I’m 5 3” and I fit perfectly I could see where someone taller might have their feet hanging some when reclined. Over all I am complacent with my purchase. The heating and massaging features aren’t amazing but they work.

This chair went together fairly easily and was very aesthetically pleasing in my living room. My family loves the swivel and massaging features. It was a great value for the money and the quality seems good.

I purchased this for my dad for Christmas. The chair is pretty comfortable and he really likes the massager. The arms do feel a bit flimsy but for the price it's okay. Only issues is that the heat doesn't seem to work and the USB doesn't work. Also, the leg rest is kind of hard to get back into closed position. All in all he likes it better than his old chair.
