You have a traditional linen fabric lampshade that makes the light more pleasing, with a traditional pull drawstring to turn on and off. The light bulb inside is able to not only provide white light but also 16 different color options., with the ability to brighten or dim by three levels. The included remote allows you to be able to control it all from the comfort of your bed or sofa. As a bonus it also includes 2 USB ports, and 1 AC outlet so you can literally connect anything to it that you want to charge, very convenient.

What I love about this lamp is that it not only changes color and has various effects (breathe, strobe, etc.), but it also has a regular electric outlet and two USB ports for charging phones, etc. The remote control is easy to use and very handy, and the light seems really well made, so it ought to last a long while. I wish it could be a little brighter when the colors are selected (verses the white light), but it's still my favorite lamp and adds a magical touch to the mood of my room.

Decent bed side table lamp. Actually works perfect for my son since he is on a bunk bed and this is down, out of reach on his bed side table - but he can use the remote to control.Nice range of colors are possible, which he enjoys. Fading between colors is nice.2 USB ports are available for charging - again good for a bed side table.

This is a good little bedside lamp. It's a standard size for its function and type. It has a metal pull cord for on/off as well as a remote control. The remote allows you to control colour and other functionality that is common to basic lights of these kind. It's nice to put on a red light when waking in the middle of the night so as not to overstimulate the eyes. Also, it's not an overly bright light, so it's good for evenings. It won't flood the room and wake up your partner.The USB ports are super-handy. I'm tried of cables running all over my nightstand, and this allows a little more tidiness in that department. Shorter cables are good.I'm happy with this item.

For me, this is a bedroom night. It can be dimmed, changed colour, and controlled by remote. With 2 usb port and ac outlet, it makes my overnight charging of cellphone and other gadgets pretty organized. I can adjust the brightness and colour to my favorite according to the environment. Recommended.
