Although heavy, this Dutch Oven has already been used over and over. Cooks evenly, lid fits perfectly and I do like the color! Very satisfied and worth the price!

I will use this for baking sour dough bread. So far, so good. The enamel coating is smooth and should cook the bread evenly while holding the moisture in the pot.

No one paid me anything for my review. I LOVE this pot. It’s perfect. I have a lot of cast iron, my enamel pots were old. I ordered the white and it is stunning (if you can call a pot stunning). The picture is my first time use, I made chili. It came out awesome. I very highly recommend the Rossallini line. I like it so much I went back and bought the 2.25qt braised and hope to eventually get an entire set. I do not believe you can go wrong here. The price is actually worth it.Side Note: I contacted the seller before I purchased with a question and they actually answered me immediately with a Real answer.

Great heavy pot for stove top or oven use. Good fitting lid. This will out last you, so put it in your will. Your family will want this

I order the 13qt (green) and the other Dutch oven is 6.3qt (white). It’s bigger and heavier. Exactly what I needed! You need to hold onto the handles while washing in the sink or else it might slip out of your hands.I gave it 4 stars because it has an imperfection on the handle. While not a big issue, I’m nervous that it will begin to chip there after extended use.I haven’t cooked with it yet. Assume it’s cooking well and the best Dutch oven in the world if I don’t update this review after October 2024.

Its size is great and at a solid price point. However, in less than a month of moderate use with care, it chipped in the handle and on the inside.
