I was happy about the way it looked and how small it was, but soon as I turned it on, it wasn’t that strong and I used it one time and I tried to charge it after that it never worked the same. It has a glitch or something a short it goes in and out and it doesn’t even charge. I’m very disappointed. I spent my money on this and I can’t return it because it’s used.

Smaller than expected, did not come charged or with charger. I emailed the email on the thank you card, email did not go through, it was bogus, can not return item either! Very disappointing!! I give them zero stars!

Great little device so far; we've used it many times, usually twice a week. Chose this because the although powerful, the wireless magic wand is so huge and bulky when you're trying to multitask. This one comes out on top... see what I did there?It's nice and small but extremely powerful, has a lot of modes and all that, never had a problem fully submersing it under running water to clean it. It's not quiet, though... just saying. It sounds like a motorbike if you're not expecting it.

Don't buy. Past my return window and just used 1st time and item doesn't work. Save your money. No support option off.

I've had this massager for about 10 months. It really works great, but it has died. Really disappointed because I have stress headaches and product assisted with easing the pain. The price was also good.

The button requires you to hold it down to get it going. I thought it was broken at first, but HOLY SMOKES. Worth it
