I've been looking for a good back AND neck all-in-one massager for a while now. Most I've purchased have been flimsy or poorly made, making it difficult to get a decent massage. This one however is outstanding the soft flexible base and stiff back, allows it to be used in a variety of settings. So far I've tried it on a kitchen chair, recliner, bucket seat, work chair, and the massager has performed well in each location. The heat was another surprising factor...most massagers claim to heat but merely glow red to give the appearance of being warm but this one actually heats up! At the moment I've placed this in my home office and use to to take breaks throughout the day. There is also a built-in adjustable timer which helps ensure you relax the entire break, rather than having to keep track of time. 100% worth the money.

Great back massager for chair. It has so many settings like shiatsu or roller. You can turn on the neck and back massager independently as well and it’s also heated! What I really appreciated is that the neck massage area can be adjusted up or down according to your height or neck position. You can independently choose which back areas as well. Can easily sit on this for an hour for the ultimate relaxation. I have added this to my telework chair where I can operate it at any time.

That massaging on the neck is awesome and deep. But the back massagers don't really dig quite as deep as I was hoping for. But overall great product for the price.

This massager makes me look forward to every night. I used to have a similar one and I was only able to use it once every several days, otherwise my back hurt.With this one, it has two upgrades: a function called shiatsu that makes the massage very firm but delicate at the same time, and an inflatable pillow (cute blue pump provided!) that makes the massage more gentle on your back. I think you can use the massager without it if you’d like, or deflate it a little bit. It came inflated for me so I used it as-is and fell in love.Some additional notes:- neck is separate from the back, you can massage either one or both- you can (but don’t have to) turn on the heat for neck or back- neck has adjustable height so it’s suitable for people of varied heights- neck massage has adjustable direction (inward or outward) which is absolutely awesome- seat has optional vibration, you’re able to choose between two levels.High quality product, very well made, durable. Pretty heavy which makes it stay in place on my recliner. I feel like I’m using a massage chair. I’m an exhausted new mom and it’s such a life saver. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for fast ways to relax and unwind in the peace of your home. Also, it works very quietly so doesn’t bother my little ones and can be used at night.

This electric shiatsu chair massager, which appears to be used best on a high-back chair or while laying down, hits all the spots on my back that I need it to. Sometimes, I have to adjust my body to make sure I get the right pressure, but that doesn't seem to be a problem.The great part about the neck massager portion of this chair, is that the neck massaging portion of the assembly can be shifted up, or shifted down, to match an individual's size. In other words, you can vertically adjust the position of the neck rollers between users of different heights.The unit is powered with a 12VDC 3.5A power supply unit. Unfortunately, it doesn't come with a car port adapter. Can ya blame a guy for wanting an on-the-go massage? lol.It has heating functions built in, which is nice. I find that it doesn't get too-hot for comfort, however individual results vary in that department. There is a 15-minute max timer. This only makes it annoying in having to re-up the time manually. However, if you just cycle through the 5, 10, and 15 minute timer, you essentially restart the timer. Not complicated, just a minor inconvenience for some.It feels really nice, and the L.M.T. wife loves it too. I have it on a high-back computer chair, and it is quite enjoyable.
