The massage and heat works really well, I just can’t get the lock button to work. I would send it back for a replacement but I’m using it 4/5 times a day, so trying to be careful not to catch the heat button because it gets quite hot on full heat.

This is amazing. I've got knees pain for many years, this is just what I need. Easy to use. Feel very comfy and warm when you are using it. It got different massage modes. It also can use on shoulders, elbow and back. Excellent quality. I am thinking to buy another one, so I can use for both knees together. Very satified with this purchase.

Like the ease of use. I have used it daily since receiving and it has had some effect on the knee ache I have had for some 5 years. Would have liked more uniform heat as it concentrates under the control panel. Would also like to be able to detach controls to wash once in a while. A timer might be an improvement but of course it will only run as long as there is a charge.I am puzzled by the illustrations as despite advising not to use on bare skin the diagram do exactly that. For the price it is a welcome new gadget that offers some relief from aching knees.

This heat pad for your knee that also massages is great and is really helping my wife's knee. The pad can also be used on shoulders and elbows. My wife is a lot smaller than me and with the extension pieces it fits us both. The battery lasts a long time and it will also work plugged into the charger which means it can be used for long periods as long as you don't want to walk around if the battery has run out. Recommended.

This is great for older people with aches and pains as well as those who have pains and strains from exercise. It’s really easy to use and isn’t just for knees. It also works for shoulders, elbows or any other part of you that could do with the treatment. There are three temperature range. My favourite feature is the massager with vibration, you can really feel it doing the job, it’s much more powerful than I thought it would be. It’s also very simple to operate and set up, nothing complicated.

I have bad knees and saw the good reviews for this and thought I’d give it a go. It’s exactly as bad as I expected something like this to be, it’s got a couple of vibrating units in the lower part and gets a bit warm. I was very disappointed and returned it the same day to the Evri store. Reread all the reviews and can’t believe what people are saying as I think it is useless, I might have kept it if it cost £10.
