Although I don't have a centrifuge I use these 15ml tubes to make agar slants for storing mushroom mycelia samples long term. They are autoclavable and the screw-on tops fit well. The plastic has a slightly cloudy look but still shows color and details. The tubes have reasonably accurate graduations and a good sized white marking area for labeling. For 100 tubes it's a great value.

I ordered this set of 50 Locofiltr 50 ml Conical Centrifuge Tubes to use for transporting photographic chemicals.I'm often carrying small amounts of photographic chemicals, both powdered and liquid, back and forth from home to the school darkroom facilities. I've always been somewhat reticent to toss containers of chemicals into my backpack. These centrifuge tubes, though, seal exceptionally well. They have an area that is easy to write on with a sharpie or similar pen so that the contents are easily identifiable. The interiors of the tubes are slick, and the bottoms are not overly narrow, so even fine powders can be poured out of the tubes without sticking. For my purposes, these tubes are working great.

The measurement markings are close enough for non-critical Volumetrics. Being plastic, caution should be taken when separating certain chemicals with these.I can't complain about these for the price. Worthy of recommendation when looking for budget centrifuge tubes.
