Easy to use. I have a roof vent so I went from inside dryer connection. Just be patient, guide it and add a couple rods as you go and it will work like a charm.

Works like a charm! For some God forsaken reason, our laundry room is in the middle of our house so we have 20+ feet of pipe to get to the outside. Two years ago I paid $150 (they charge by the foot) to get it cleaned. I bought this to try it myself. First, it’s very easy to unscrew (aka loosen the hold) the pipe from the wall. However, since my pipes are curved and long, tbe tool got stuck many times as I tried to push it through to the outside. I was worried I’d break the tool or damage the pipes, but it worked after lots of tries. To be clear, the tool itself is GREAT. However, since my pipes are curved or if you might have similar issues, it’s not as easy. The tool was so stuck that there was no option for me to use the drill spinning fun film. But it worked out well anyways!! Anywho, I saved a good bit of money for just minimal frustration.

It is well made and easy to use. We had been concerned our clothes dryer vent was clogged with lint. My husband was able to clean the vent (it wasn’t clogged but there was lint lining the vent) easily. The vent cleaner is sturdy and easy to store. Great buy!

I couldn’t wait to try this, I’m so glad I was not disappointed at all. It does come with the drill attachment but I didn’t use the drill. Each section snaps into the other, it doesn’t screw in so it won’t unscrew while in the vent. I filled my vacuum canister twice. I had not cleaned my vent in 5 years, didn’t know I had to until my dryer stopped performing well and I got a flow alert. After cleaning the vent with this nifty little inexpensive device my dryer is performing well again! No more alerts so it worked!

I ordered this item because in the 10 years we have rented the space we are in I have never cleaned the dryer vent. Terrible I know. But in all honesty I had no idea it was necessary. Well yesterday I used this kit to do just that. I found trying to use a drill with the attachments was just a nightmare. The piece kept falling off the drill no matter what and we followed instructions to a T. With that being said I attempted without the drill and had better result although the brush ripped through the aluminum duct and I now need to replace it. It did clean everything out but was it worth the money? Not really.

Easy to use, works well

Many failed attempts to empty the lint out of the dryer vent. The pieces would not stay connected when trying to insert and remove the tube. At one point it even separated inside the vent line halfway between the dryer wall and exterior house wall. After finally getting it out, we taped each connection to avoid a separation and it still would not stay connected. Waste of money and time!
