I really like the lock. It's worked well for the past couple of months that I've had it, and I use it nearly every day at my office.I like that it makes a very loud shrill sound if someone disturbs it. I can hear the sound from inside my house if it goes off. It's super easy to use, arms itself when you attach it to the disk. The cable attachment makes it very obvious that the device is attached to the bike, which I think doubles as a deterrent, and a reminder to me that I have the thing locked to my brake.I know that if someone is going to steal your bike, they're going to steal your bike, but this makes it more difficult for someone to just roll it away without at least a little bit of trouble.I'd buy this again.

When ordering this product , I did not expect it to be much after reading some of the reviews ,,, But upon receiving this product I realize that those negative reviews were wrong , this is actually a very good product and very well-made , in one review I read the person said that the product was too flimsy , well he couldn’t be more wrong , it is strong tough and does like they say puts a very strong lock on your disc brakes , and for something that seems small it has a very good alarm at 110 Desmos it sounds higher than that ,,,,, for me this is a very good product and I plan on buying a second one for the other wheel , Look any intelligent person knows a good deterrent is a good security system , so have a good luck good alarm system and make it annoying And a hassle for a thief , because the first thing they look for are the easy target , for $22 and change , It’s absolutely worth it Because no thief wants to hang around too long to take something .

Great disc lock! Great theft deterrent and yes works very well! I even forgot I had it one time and broke off a piece off my own bike lol nothing major braked on time only downside is it’s very noisy and sensitive where as even wind or a small pebble can set it off but! Quick and easy fix just remove the batteries and use the device like normal!

Other than that it works well and is easy to use AND it came with operating instructions. A great investment.

Well, even if it doesn't keep your bike safe, it will scare your dog potentially into barking loud enough to alert you.When tested my dog ran at lightening speed for his spot on the sofa, behind the pillows. He missed. We laughed and made sure he was ok. He was.Funny aside, the thing is loud. Don't test it in the house. Worked fine. Fit on the bike fine. Looks sturdy enough.

Works as described. Not as loud as I thought, but it certainly keeps the wheel from turning and provides some level of security, but mostly peace of mind.

Its awsome i wish i had a pic or video to explaine. I had it on a scooter the ones were there are no keys but just had this lock on the wheel which mad it easier for people to steal it rite. When someone tried thdy got soo scared thdy ran soo fast it was like breaking into a closed store the alarm was so loud they put it down and ran. Lol. Im soo bad. But im going to video this product so u guys can see what i saw. No one will go near it. It mks a beap if u by accident brush against it. But if u try to move it, shake it, lift it up. Then this hellish noise breaks loose till u put the key in it to stop it. I luv it so im buying a few more now for xmass gifts. This is a must for all ages if u own a bicycle and up to a motorcycle. Alarm is super loud and annoying. it might work for some projects or dents, but not for mine.

Check and device is what I expected
