If you have had enough of the paint peeling of because of pitting corrosion, you'll now have the solution to your problem: The galvanic zinc layer protects workpieces made of iron and steel efficiently from rust and gives them a visually appealing surface thanks to its bright colour. When realized with pen plating, this method is also called e-zink and has the advantage that the objects to be plated don't even have to be removed. The Tifoo Zinc electrolyte is perfectly suited for tank- as well as for pen plating. With the weakly ic, cyanide-free zinc electrolyte, you'll be able to easily galvanize by yourself! - recommended current density: 2.5 amperes/cm² (tank plating) - needed voltage: about 1-3 volts for tank plating, 1-5 Volt for pen plating Just use our zinc electrolyte with a zinc anode and you can already galvanize by yourself without any problems.
