A very effective insect catcher.
A very effective device for managing insects at home.

certainly thins out the numbers
Generally works well although I have sometimes seen flies walking on the glue board quite happily. Seems to get them in the end. I like the fact it is a glue board because it doesn’t spread aerosols of fly innards around the kitchen like an electrocution trap allegedly can. It also avoids the potential hazards of such a high voltage device. I understand from internet research that UV traps do not attract all types of insect so it may not work at all on fruit flies for example. It attracted my houseflies no problem. This device may not remove 100% of flies but it certainly thins out the numbers for us so well worth it in my book.

Not good
Not effective at all!! I saw flies fly in and then leave!!!! Bought 2 cost £90. The. Bought fly strips for £2 which did the job!

Fly killer
A little disappointed because the flies don't seem to be attracted to it. We live near a farm and over the summer months have at least 10 flies in the kitchen each day. This machine doesn't attract them but I have noticed a number of flies on the internal glue board so I will persevere.

Now, the summer is gone and I can say that this product doesn't attract any mosquitos or flies at all. I had tried it multiple times during dusk and at night, but the bugs keep flying past it and are more attracted to me than the device. I haven’t caught any bugs with this at all.

Tuvimos que devolver el producto al encontrarnos que a pesar de ser anunciado y vendido en España, llegó con el enchufe de formato NO europeo, es decir, con el de tres pines usado en Reino Unido.

Les dimensions indiquées sont fausses, elles ne font pas "15L x 10l x 25H centimètres" Les dimensions réelles de ces plaques sont L : 187 mm X l : 125 mm c'est bien dommage, j'avais besoin des mêmes plaques, mais en 220 mm X 165 mm !
