They Call Me Trinity

This is another one of those comedies that is an exception to my comedy rule. Trinity and Bambino are the best. You've just gotto love their humor, their abilities (in the movie) and their bumbling, unwitting knack for doing the right thing. These two guys are outlaws,but are probably the worst outlaws of all time. This movie is a treasure and a must for anyone that loves good comedy.

When I was a teenager, I watched this movie and its sequal at least 20 times at the drive in. I Had a great time watching these poorly made, bad quality films. When I recieved both movies in the mail, I had just as good of a time watching them 35 years later. I love spaghetti westerns, and they call me trinity and trinity is still my name are two of the best.

This is a spoof of the typical western movie where the good guy is the fastest gun. It pokes fun at these westerns in a good natured way. It is one of the few movies I can watch over and over. The movie is very funny. About 3/4 of the way into the movie, it gets a little slow, but the end makes up for it. You will enjoy this movie if you like westerns and comedy.

The video was high quality, some other reviewers reported low quality and gave this movie one star, but they were reviewing a different item. This review is for the Widescreen Digitally Remastered version by Hen's Tooth Video. It is a 1970 movie but it has the clarity and sound quality you would expect from a remastered to DVD movie. I experienced none of the poor quality video and bad sound other reviewers mentioned. I assume they got one from another company.

When Terence Hill and Bud Spencer play in the same movie, they make you sit on the edge of your chair wanting more and more. I laugh so hard that I darn near cry. I would recommend this movie for every one about the age of 13 years old. Very funny, if you are sad, watch this movie.

The best of the classic western movies. The characters in this movie are so real and there are so many funny situations that even the new generations should enjoy the performances of Bud Spencer, Terence Hill and the rest of the actors. This is the type of picture that everyone can watch several times without problems. On the other hand: Why the traslation option was disabled from the DVD?
