Fantastic ebike
Absolutely amazing bike and customer service, When my bike arrived it had a kinked brake cable contacted the seller and they shipped out another brake lever and cable,a week later it arrived really good customer support, The fat tyres just glide through the pot holes really good battery life aswell, all in all its an amazing well built ebike with really good customer service and support would definitely recommend

incompatible charger
Delivery issues caused the seller to get involved but was finally delivered by a 2 man team.Construction was reasonably simple, allow 1 hour.Unfortunately the charger is a 2 pin European arrangement so I have as yet been unable to charge and test drive.On the whole the build quality looks good and pending me being able to source a compatible charger I would recommend this product.
