Mind your head...
I've already got a simple WINNOW incline bench and found it was good quality for the price, nothing fancy but decent build and sturdy components, so this Adjustable Weight Bench was a logical next step. It's turned out to be better quality than my existing bench, especially the upholstered pads, but it has its own issues. It arrives cleverly packed into a huge cardboard box, there's minimal padding and packaging inside but there's obviously a specific way to get all the bits in the box, so take special note (and take photo's) if you're ever planning to repack it later. You get a couple of spanners and all the fixing you need and they're all clearly labelled. The instruction booklet is A4 with a few large illustrations but you have to be good at reading and interpreting what goes where, it's not hard but you have to take your time and expect it to take about an hour. I had a couple of components I had to persuade into place but nothing that needed filing or machining. Once together it feels strong but not exactly rigid, nothing gives way or feels unsafe but it's not as stable as you'd expect. As mentioned the padded components are particularly good, they're upholstered with a good thick and very firm foam. You can't push your hand into it deep enough to feel the board beneath, so it feels like it will keep that firmness and so give you adequate cushioning for years. The blue stripe on one of my sections is a bit squint but I can live with that, more important that the sewing seems to be secure enough. The main issue for me is trying to do incline bench presses because I basically can't. The weight rack meant to hold your barbell between sets just isn't high enough and with the bench raised into an incline you can barely get underneath, there isn't enough clearance. If you do manage to wriggle under there your arms are forced into an uncomfortable position holding the bar before you start. Maybe this is a particular problem because I'm tallish (over 6') but I'm not freaky-tall and you'd think it could be more accommodating. The inbuilt weight mounts take a plate with a 1" hole, which is a very common size but some weight sets are different and might rattle about so double-check. Overall the bench is a sturdy (but wobbly-ish) weight bench that's an affordable way to extend your home gym. The lack of clearance under the rack is a real issue though and might make it a bit pointless for some people because one of the main exercises you'd want to perform on it becomes really awkward.

Sturdy and comfortable to use
Was well pleased with this bench, fairly easy to put together and well finished. The back support, seat and arm curl pads are really thick and comfortable.

Adequate, though could be improved
It does the job. There are some odd design choices. The bottom frame is wide and protrudes beyond the seat and and get in the way of some exercises. It's quite high which means it's aimed towards the taller person (I'm 175 and I would say it's 2-3cm too high for me).

Good sturdy bench for the money, plenty of exercise options, but also some limitations
WINNOW Adjustable Weight BenchThere are essentially 2 main types of weight bench available, those designed for the serious weightlifter using very heavy weights. Or, for home use where the user doesn't get into the realms of those super big weights. This bench, as nice as it is falls into the home use category. This is an attractive looking bench that appears to be well made, but there is a safety weight limit of just 200kg, which includes the weight of the person. So if you are a big lad (or lass), pushing big weights, then you may need to think seriously about the weight limit of this. Although for many home users this will probably be more than adequate. The bench is supplied in parts in a very heavy box, but if you are used to lifting weights then the heavy box shouldn't be a problem, (tell that to the delivery driver who struggled up my drive). Assembly is pretty straight forward as instructions are included. It took me just over an hour to put this together, the metal used appears decent quality considering the asking price. It's not the most sturdy of weight benches that I've used, but it is a lot of bench for £139.99. The metal tubing is capped off with plastic inserts to keep it al looking neat and tidy, this also sits on nylon feet to prevent the bench from sliding around or marking the floor surface. In use this works as expected. The padded back rest has 3 different height levels available, this is adjusted by raising the bar that it sits on at the rear. There is a preacher board that can be set at 2 different height levels, this can easily be removed for bench pressing. Fitted to the front of the bench is a leg exerciser, just place weights on the front arm and you are ready to go. The leg section has thick foam padding for comfort.I do have a personal dislike to a particular feature on this and other benches like this. That is that the barbell supports cannot be raised or lowered, they are in a fixed position. If trying to do incline bench pressing you are pushed up close to the barbell, in fact for me I cannot bench press on the higher setting as the bar is too close to my chest. It would also be nice to be able to vary the barbell height so as to hit the muscles in a slightly different wayFor the asking price I would say it will be hard to find better, it's also important to bear in mind the 200 kg weight limit. So overall I would give this a thumbs up, it would have been 5 stars all the way, but those barbell supports need to be adjustable as we all are different shapes and sizes.CONTENTS:1 x Weight Bench1 x Leg Trainer1 x Preacher Board1 x Assembly GuideThank you for reading my review, I hope you have found it helpful.
