Seems like a quality product.
The product was received promptly and in good condition. I'm taking this along with Vitamin D3 to help absorb the calcium from the bloodstream and into the bones to lower cholesterol in the blood.The dosage is quite confusing. The bottles states 200ug tablets but states to take two a day. So are the tablets 100ug or not?
