What I Needed
Many recipes I consider call for white whole wheat flour, which is almost impossible to find in grocery stores. I decided I would try this and I am sure it will be better than the substitutes I've been settling for in the past. I have not used it yet, but it appears to be a very nice texture - much lighter than my typical substitute whole what/AP flour mixture.

A good non-GMO baking flour.
I like that flour is easily substituted in all my recipes. The opportunity to Not use a GMO engineered product, is very satisfying. Also the flour being delivered to my home eliminates driving addition miles to find the flour is helpful and cost effective.

Product is old
Flour lasts a long time. This product expires in 4 months so it’s obviously been on the shelf a long time and the package looks like it. All worn, scuffed and wrinkled. When I tried to return, all I got was not eligible.
