Fabulous ride!
Husband and I are 68, but very active ranchers. Decided to get a couple of these ebikes just for the fun of it. I opted for the trike version to carry a trunk on the back for lunch goodies, coats, phones, the cat...whatever we felt we might need if we took extensive rides. Absolutely love these bikes! What a hoot! My only complaint is the front basket on the trike. It throws me off a little. When I turn my bike, the basket turns with it and that can throw me off balance a bit. Maybe it's because I'm used to a horse going straight even if it looks behind, I don't know, but the basket had to come off for a while until I felt it would no longer lead me in the wrong direction (LOL). We have ridden everywhere with these things. Our first ride was a 15 mile trip, and now we end up spending over half a day on them. We take them down seldom traveled dirt roads, which are not always the smoothest but the bikes handle them beautifully. The thick tires are very reliable even in the loose dirt and sandy areas. We have yet to use more than two out of the five bars of electricity available on the batteries. We added a gps for those unknown jeep trails, water bottle holders, a phone holder, and some additional bungees to tie down anything needed on those super windy days when we have 70 or 80 mph gusts (we live on a mesa at the base of a mountain range where wind upsweeps are constant and unpredictable). They charge very quickly and hold their charge well. Easy to shift gears, catch up with a thumb-controlled motor throttle, and look really sharp! We included a small retractable table, two camp folding chairs, ice packs, small ice chest, a 'git bag' full of emergency stuff, compactable rain coats, and a portable hanging camp hammock for two in case a spontaneous overnighter hits us. The husband has saddlebags on the back of his ebike, and we stuff additional fun junk inside of them as well. Highly recommend these bikes for seniors. We are in very good shape for our years, but even those with limitations would find these bikes useful on a paved road or concrete sidewalk, so they are well worth the investment and should last forever. Highly recommend!

Horrible customer service, poor quality bike
To start with these people keep making new product pages to get rid of their bad reviews, bad practice in my opinion. I purchased mine and it didnt work at first which they had me negotiate with someone who didnt speak english on how to fix it. I never got the breaks and had an accident which it took months of begging amazon for a return becausethey didnt want to help, it was user error and my fault so i was to fix the problem myself until they eventually sent me replacement forks. Now two years later i find out both the batteries i have for my bike are dead in the water, just stopped working and i have to replace the forks AGAIN because they fail to tell you that you need fork torq arms for any front wheel motor ebike that has forks that are not steel. So i find myself in the position where i have to spend another $1,000 or more 2 years later just to keep riding it, our put it out to trash. Not to mention the tires being bald for over a year now and it will take close to $100 each to replace the rubber.Do yourself a favor and get something cheaper this just isn't worth it. I wish i could say im a happy customer but these people just keep making new product pages and get harder to find with each passing day.
