Not the best manufacturing, but they all work
The screw bases have very dubious-looking soldering and one of the bulbs had a cracked insulator between the screw thread and the center contact. However, all of the bulbs worked, and they're quite bright — as bulbs of this size go — when supplied with the specified 24 V.
