My mom had told me for years about the benefits of Apple Cider Vinegar but I NEVER paid attention to her until now. Since I started taking the capsules I have lost over 8 pounds. My blood pressure and cholesterol is lower too, which I assume is due to the weight loss. I could not be happier with the results so far and will buy this product for years to come.

I purchased these pills and they arrived quickly. The great reviews had me sold. I took the two pills as directed and my bladder was on a roller coaster. I had to pee literally every 10-20 minutes. Vinegar is a diuretic and i did not realize how strong these would be. Now i have a sharp pain in my bladder and I did not take them today yet still have not stopped using the restroom. That's what I get for purchasing pills on Amazon :( Use caution is all i have to say.

I've been taking this ACV capsule for several months now and have discovered that it works exceptionally well to curb the symptoms of acid reflux!I have not noticed any "curbing of appetite" however, I am dropping a few pounds so perhaps it is a benefit as well. I will continue to take it regardless, simply because it is a natural alternative to omneprazole and it appears to work as well as (if not better than) that.

The product while it didn’t have an exact flavor, does work. Just after having using the product for a few days, I can honestly start to feel a change in my weight and almost even see it. Would recommend to see anyone trying to lose weight!!!

I have been making my own super tea with hot water, lemon, apple cider vinegar, and cayenne (plus sometimes turmeric) and know its benefits well; these supplements provide those same benefits while adding the convenience of being in pill form (plus you only need 2 pills daily).Would recommend staying proactive with your self care, regardless of how much, or little, time you have to do so.

I’ve been taking these going on a week and I already see the difference. Ever since my pregnancy 6 years ago, I’ve had swelling in my legs and feet which has persisted even after I had my daughter. I’ve done blood work to see if it was an underlying issue. But could not find the cause. I watch my sodium intake, I exercise regularly, I drink plenty of water. But still, the swelling wouldn’t go away. Now that I’ve been taking these ACV pills, I’ve noticed that the swelling in my legs and feet have gone down tremendously. I can wear shoes I haven’t been able to wear in years. I’ve noticed I have more energy, I’m less bloated, and it does suppress my hunger. I haven’t noticed any weight changes. But I’m very happy with the little changes I’ve noticed so far.

Not worth the money at all. Did nothing for me. Took as directed and nothing. Never buying again.

I haven't noticed any kind of detox or appetite suppressant. I would not buy again..
