I stand in awe of Mark Dyczkowski's achievement!

I've been looking forward to publication of Mark Dyczkowski's translation of the Tantraloka for a while now. As with his Stanzas on Vibration, his Tantraloka is an excellent exposition of this important text, with extensive, meaningful explanatory notes. The translation reflects and resonates with Mark's own deep experience as a practitioner, his learning from Swami Laksmanjoo, as well as his scholarly capabilities. He has a way of translating and explaining the text in clear language without losing the meaning of the original Sanskrit text, and in such a way that the reader can feel the meaning beyond just conceptualisation.In my view it is by far the best direct English language translation of the Tantraloka so far, and an excellent, complementary companion to the Light on Tantra volumes published by Lakshmanjoo Academy, which are a more revelationary-style of live recordings of Swami Laksmanjoo.The index and List of Abbreviations for the referenced texts is in the final volume 11.The work itself is of exceptional value to anyone seriously interested in Tantraloka, whether as practitioner and/or scholar. It is a lifetime's work well done, and a light for the world in which we are living.
