I bought this product as an alternative to a traditional iron. I have found it to be much better than a traditional iron as it handles most types of fabric. It is very easy to use, resulting in very smooth, well presented clothes. I have used it on several items from cotton, linen to silk and it has performed perfectly on all. The product is very robust but not too heavy to hold, it has a good cable length, allowing you to move around a hanging clothing item. I would thoroughly recommend this steamer as an alternative to a traditional iron.

I love this handheld steamer; it's beautifully made, has my favourite colour and is robust. I feel it will last a long time.I have mobility issues which means I cannot stand and iron. Purchasing this product means I can sit and dewrinkle my clothes, which is a game changer for me.Overall, the product is excellent and easy to use.

The 'on' button was not mounted properly and had fallen off, leaving circuitry visible but could be put back in with a bit of welly. Seems to work OK so far and removes minor creases well. I am a bit dubious about its longevity but we shall see.

The media could not be loaded.  The steamer is quite effective, I was keen to get one as usually my clothes get messed in bags and not all stays have irons in them. This tool is really useful for the go . It is lightweight and compact enough to fit in a backpack.It takes 20 secs to heat and produces good enough steam to last 8-10 mins. The clothing does get a bit soggy after and needs to be left hanging for a short while to see the results . I would give a garment 4 mins in total to be ready for use I. E steaming to drying . The overall body of the tool is good quality and looks really nice for the price . The other thing that stood out were the safety locks for the steamer and the button to release steam. To avoid spraying the tool works best at 90 degrees on the hanging garment. Would recommend if you struggle with wrinkles on your clothes and like them neat .

Best purchase ever!! honestly so glad i ordered this. the way it gets rid of the wrinkles in clothes..WOW! it's so easy to hold and it saves soo much time. i was literally done in 3mins whereas the normal iron would take me 20-30mins going back and forth to get rid of the creases. DEFINITELY worth the price!! so happy.

Had previously borrowed my mums hand held steamer which I found really useful so ordered this one. It was instantly better as heated up immediately and was steaming very powerfully. The creases came out beautifully and so much quicker than getting the iron and ironing board out. Good water tank capacity and very comfortable to hold. Highly recommend.

Delivery was amazing ordered at 9.45pm arrived 9am next dayI like this it has a stop steam setting to save water. It is easy to use,and takes creases out easily. It's heavier than I expected, but still can steam 4-5 items without stopping
