They are sold in pairs and they are awesome

to the company, do these handles swing, move out of place, rotate when attached to a straight bar or any attachment to do a bodyweight exercise ?

I find them easy to move. They slip over a bar with a rubber sleave to make the connection, but they came be moved.

What diameter bar will they fit?

They fit the standard Olympic bar and any of the chin up bars that are similar in size. Some of the chin up bars are too thick, so if you have that type of rack, the. You can put the weight bar at the highest level and hang from it for chin ups and adjust the level for rows.

do you get two handles per order?

Yes you get the two handles. I do recommend these handles for pulls.
