Firstly, I made an error and ordered the wrong colour! Fool that I am. The seller went out of his way to rectify this immediately and went the extra mile ensuring this did not affect swift delivery. So I thank them for that.This hair dye is awesome! And I have used many big brands names over the years. To begin with it is of a jelly substance so no drips whatsoever. Applied to the hair it stayed on the hair as opposed to dripping down neck,face and into ears as many a dye doesSecondly, it does not smell unpleasant. In fact it doesn't smell at all! I barely knew it was on my headThirdly, it does not burn the scalp and believe you me, I have sensitive skin and have to take care as to which beauty products I can use.The end result was great. Soft shiny hair which felt in a wonderful condition and a lovely, natural shade of ash blonde. One would never know it was dyedWould I recommend this? Without a doubt. Would I buy again? Most certainly. And I say this being careful about giving true and honest feedback because I, like many others, rely upon feedback before taking the plunge. 10 out of 10 for this product and the customer service of the seller

Honestly the BEST hair dye that I have yet tried. I have tried many different hair dyes including virtually all of the BIG NAMES ones and found them still DRYING... and so was/am VERY PLEASANTLY SURPRISED by this one and can genuinely say that it actually DID make my hair feel SMOOTHER and SILKIER. I bought this on a 2 for £12.95 deal and am watching my budget and don't want to be paying £12-15 odd for a good hair dye. I was actually looking for a dark ash blonde and didn't realize my mistake till afterwards. So I will be looking to find a similar 2 for £12.95 deal, but will between times will try-out a few of these new herbal ones that are supposed to be healthy... no parabens etc. (I'm always looking for perfection..lol)

Great product
The product arrived quickly, well packed & included a great free gift & pleasant note. This is great for my hair, I'm a mid to dark brown naturally & this lifts my hair to a lovely light golden brown. My hair doesn't tend to hold dye well but this lasts & hasn't faded, though my roots are starting to come through so it's time for another round. hair does feel slightly dry after treatment as no conditioner included but used my usual brand & it was lovely & silky again immediately.

Amazing colour and condition every time
Even though no conditioning is included this is still the best hair dye I've used in years. Lovely colour subtle but people commented. Recommend to anyone and I'm 52 and been dying my hair since about 16 years. Well done and thank you

Application for the first dyeing: Apply the entire contents of the vial (even if you have short hair) on the dry hair, by separating the hairs with the aid of the nozzle. Massage the hair well, so that the color extends evenly (this is of crucial importance to achieve a uniform color). Leave it on for 25-30 minutes depending on the intensity of the desired result.
