Wonderful blend, improves pizza, lasagna...you name it! One thing I would caution - add this and taste before you add salt. It does contain salt, but not an extreme amount.

This is our choice for a spicy flavor accent. I purchased this first on Amazon, but then it became Currently Unavailable for months. Tried several different brands in the meantime, none of them hit the mark.So glad it's back! I use it in cooking, and at the dinner table. Meat, soups, veggies are all "spiced up"Do be aware that it does say spicy on the label, and it is. But in a good way.

I like this spice and use it in some of my recipes but what keeps it from being great in my opinion is that it can be too hot and spicy to use in all my Italian dishes.

I found this on sale in a shop in St. Augustine, then tracked it down and bought 2 foil bags of it. Now it is in jars, I ordered 3. I am a knowledgeable, vegan food person and very particular about what I eat, and almost never buy anything prepared because I eat mostly raw, but I find this mix to have a very compelling flavor complimenting a salad, a pasta sauce or on steamed veggies ... makes a surprise "pop" of flavor in your mouth. I do think it is costly, well kinda expensive for my budget but here I make an exception. No msg or sugar, a plus.

As the title says, my first order came and the packaging was in such bad condition that I threw it away because I felt it was unsafe. Some months passed and I tried the seasoning again. Packaging issue had been corrected and now this is our go to seasoning. Love the flavor! Typically use it on chicken, pork and soups. I edited my review from a complaining one star to a complementing five stars.

I would give this 10 starts if I could. Used this last night for a chicken lasagna soup that I was making. Upon opening the bottle the most heavenly aroma of perfectly blended spices filled the air. This did not disappoint and will be the only Italian season that I will ever, ever use. If your looking for a really good Italian season buy this. This is a sure fire home run.

I really like this! I use it on roasted veggies. This is the second time I have bought it.

Terribly sticky label on the bottle, which was super disappointing. The spice is still good and works great for fish, vegetables, poultry, etc. The label must of had decal glue on the outside of it from the other layer of labels in their roll. It got all over my hands and was a pain to wash off. So, I had to put the contents in another container.
