I have the dosator, but it’s not working I’ve pushed down the top but nothing has come out I’ve had it over a month and it’s still full

It's a very low powered filter for a smaller tank. I attach the included filter tube to the side of the unit and only use one filter pod inside the unit and make sure its in the inward position, don't pack 2 to 3 filter pods into the unit. Make sure the sponge in the bottom is clear. I hope this helps.

Can i use them together or they have to be used alone (along with foam S)?

I have used them all at the same time. It is a bit of a squeeze.

Are the filters stackable

I tend to use one but depending on the tank water condition I will mx 2, 1 algae pod and 1 clear water pod. Does work weel.

How often you change the filters

They vary on time depending on which one you use . The shortest time being 30 days. The info is in the leaflet that comes with the filter .
