I want to start off by saying instructions good, lots of features(password settings as well!), and pretty easy to put together. My first impression was GIANT TIRES, looks good, big battery. This bike is probably one of the better bikes I’ve been on! If I’m being honest you’re getting a good STEAL with this bike! It’s big, powerful and SOUNDS POWERFUL, kinda reminds me of the bat bike! The seat is VERY comfortable, the brakes are good, chain never slips! The build quality is unimaginable, especially if you’re coming from a cheap commuter style e-bike! The only issue I’ve had with it is the throttle response lacks slightly(most likely due to the below freezing temps I’m facing right now)If you’re interested in getting into e-bikes, let this be your first standard of quality! Will buy from again!

Very tough I am very impressed it rides great has a powerful battery gets me to work in half the time my electric scooter did. climbs hills easily especially with the pedal assist almost no effort I would definitely recommend. Yes it's heavy but it is built very well a sturdy ride I get to work and back home on one charge with power to spare. I am going to purchase a tail light because I ride to work in the dark but the headlight is plenty bright

Overall nice bike, does not have a low enough gear for my liking/ steep hill is a problem.

It's a great bike. I bought it for my son and he absolutely loves it. He rides it everyday. Speed is good. Battery life is very good. It's money worthed. Assembly was a breeze thanks for clear instructions. In addition brakes are responsive and reliable giving me peace of mind when braking hard or going downhill. Going to buy for my other son as well.

easy to set up and use good price compared to other brands

When I got it 3 days late.....the back tire had zero air in it.. I put it together charged it up took it out a few days later after work I took it out the tire was very low so I filled it up now 2 days later I went to take it out and the back tire was completely flat.. it seems the back tire was messed up from day 1..

The bike is really fun! I’ve ridden a little over 120 miles total, it attains 30mph with ease, & the battery pops off easily to charge. The brakes are squeaky but usually effective in stopping. Give yourself some space to stop.

I received the bike 10 days ago, it was easy to put together in about 45 minutes. The headlight and horn do not work so I messaged customer service. They replied pretty quick with some things to try and offered to replace the parts if the process didn’t work. I tried the steps and none of it worked and they’ve not been helpful since. Can barely get a reply from them which concerns me if I were to have a bigger warranty issue in the future.***update I’ve had the bike for 2 months has around 11 miles on it. They finally sent a new headlight and horn about a month ago and they still don’t work so I just bought a rechargeable headlight and gave up on that. Now the speedometer has started lagging and glitching. Wouldn’t purchase again.
