Every now and then, you’re so pleased by something that you just have to write a review.This arrived next day, beautifully boxed, with tissue paper and bubble wrap protecting the shower head. The instructions were clear and it had plumbers tape, and also a spare washer just in case. The two threaded portions had little removable plastic screw-in caps to protect them and prevent loss of the washers. All in all, the quality tells me that the company has a lot of pride in its products.It was easy to fit and is a huge improvement on the old nozzle head in one of our guest showers. It’s very easy to alter height and angle, and I like that the head is rectangular and quite wide. I liked it so much, I just ordered another one for the other guest room!And a very reasonable price too.

Great shower head. I thought it might be cheap and poorly made, but it is really great. It comes out with force and works perfectly! Easy to install.

Easy to assemble and does work nicely. My only complaint is the oring inside the extended arm must have an issue because every time I tried to tighten onto the wall the ring would collapse into the pipe and not allow water flow. I removed it and instantly fixed that issue.

Update 08.18.2024. I just installed my second set. I have two more to go and i will only purchase this brand and atyle. Take my honest review and believe me when i say you will not send it back. My original review is as follows: This large,rectangular shower head is simply put; Beautiful. Strong. Amazing. The water flow can be adjusted to your preference. So so soft. A little pressure. A comple Amazon rain shower. You can have it lightly dribble. Such elegant look. The top is made of first class metal material. The jets are really a sight to see. Thanks for the great product. I will buy again. Highly recommend.

I bought this because I had ordered a different version that included a hand sprayer (with the same shower head) - except that the shower head arrived with a broken part and it could not be tightened. Turns out, all their models use the same stock parts, and I was able to take the broken bolt out of the original order and replace it with a bolt from this order. Overall, a good product, a few quirks to get it adjusted the way you want it, but fine for the price.

Out of the box, the matte black finish on everything looks good. Installation on the other hand, not so good. The extension arm returning but that goes to water supply pipe does not move independently, it is fixed. Meaning, you have to rotate the entire extension arm when screwing onto water supply pipe. Once tightened, it does not line up to adjust the arm vertically, so your shower head would be pointing at an odd angle. I ended up using my old shower head mount to compensate for this. Secondly, the shower head retention but that screws onto extension arm is also fixed. It was quite cumbersome to put on the shower head, having to rotate the entire shower head to do so. But once installed, it works pretty decent. Though four of the silicone water heads don't work. But can't complain too much because of the price and size of the shower head. Would be 5 stars if the retention nuts weren't fixed and moved independently. Would make installation way easier without any modifications.

I love rain showers and in our new place I was trying to find a shower that would make it feel more homey and this was it. It works great on our shower spout. The pressure is amazing, we don’t have leaks, but it does come with tap if you need to tap it. The fit is great and it feels like a real rain shower.
