YYK-520 Bluetooth HeadsetI normally use wired headset when I need to use my phone and prefer hand free at home and at office. Most of the bluetooth headsets I tried before were not comfortable. So I discarded all of them. I decided to give this one a try.The packaging is very impressive. The unit comes with a black charging case with the headset in the case. It also comes with a short USB-C cable, instruction booklet and an information plastic card. The charging case has a USB-C port and a 500mAh battery. When the headset rests in the charging case, it connects with the case with 2 terminal pins and magnetic attraction. The charging case charges the headset. The headset can have a 120 hour standby time.My first impression of the headset is the extremely light weight. It is only 12 grams, or less than half ounce weight. The headset has 3 buttons: on/off switch function button, volume up and down, and mute button. The earlobe holder can rotate 360 degree from left ear to right ear. The microphone can rotate 270 degree. The headset fits ear quite comfortably. It is so light and there won't be any discomfort with using it for a long time. There are a total 3 ear caps with 3 different sizes. The headset has its own USB-C charging port when not charged inside the charging case.It is very easy to get connected with the headset through iPhone bluetooth. No password is required. The sound is very clear and there is no noise of any kind. The reported range is 10 meter or 33 feet.Overall, this is a very strong phone headset to use at office, at home and on the road if the vehicle has no built-in hand-free. Some even say this is trucker's headset. Office people will certainly appreciate the extreme light weight and excellent sound quality.

This earpiece arrived already 100% charged, and instantly paired up with my Motorola phone. The entire product comes in a nice travel case, with a charging cable and two extra earbuds. Also included is a Type-C USB charging cable.The setup is almost instant, with an on\off switch, volume controls and a multi-function button to answer, refuse or hang up the call. Third party calls are also a nice feature. The operating range from the telephone is about 30 feet, so you do not need to carry the phone on you at all times. I love that I can listen to my audiobooks and still hear the environment around me, or pause the audiobook \ music to make or answer a call. The earpiece is adjustable for either ear. I was told the calls on the other end are very clear, and the volume control is plenty loud enough for me. Works with Alexis and Echo as well.I am very happy with this earpiece headphone.

This is a very nice bluetooth headset! I had to replace a different one that broke and surfed through so many reviews to find one that isn't over priced or too cheap AND with good reviews. I'm a skeptic at best anyway of the good and bad reviews that I find, yet decided to take my chance with this one as I do like how it looks. I can say without reservation that I am VERY pleased with this headset. It has a good range so I can be in one room with my phone in another. I do not have to keep my phone in hand or pocket at all times while moving around which for me a super huge plus! The battery life so far seems to be great, I don't have to charge it after an hour or two of use, which is huge for me. It is comfortable to wear AND the voice quality is superb! I don't have to repeat myself or ask the person I'm on the phone with to repeat themselves or strain to hear them. I bought another as a gift and the recipient is over the moon with the gift. He is absolutely loving it. This was definitely a well worth it purchase for which I will not hesitate to recommend to family or friends.

I previously used Plantronics 5200 headset and loved it! Great sound quality, no background noise, etc. This headset is pretty close to my old headset, though it is missing some of the features I had before such as being able to verbally answer vs having to press the button to answer, and my old set would say the name of the caller if they were in my contacts, this one will say the number that is calling instead of the name. I do feel like the ear piece fits in my ear better with this one, and it is not as bulky on the back side of my ear like the Plantronics set was. (that was my main gripe with the Plantronics, it got a bit crowded on my ear with my glasses and pulling my hair behind my ear, lol) Over all, pretty pleased so far, it came fully charged and ready to use. Also gave one to my husband as he broke his old Plantronics set and we tested these on each other, calling back and forth. There is some background noise but not too bad, I could not hear his truck in the background when he called me while driving, but occasionally could hear a vehicle passing him or someone close by talking. Since I just received these I can't speak to the battery life yet, but will update review if it's not good, lol.

As soon as I received them I started using them, I sell insurance and make a lot of phone calls and I really needed it because the other one I had was damaged. I like this one a lot because it is very light, it looks very elegant and it has a very good sound, it is actually very good for my home office work, it has several buttons with which I can control Siri, increase the volume, lower the volume, answer calls and I can even have hold calls and switch between calls, the battery life is excellent, work for more than 6 hours without needing to charge it, the case comes with a battery that charges the hearing aid so you don't have to put a cable in it, it is very comfortable.

I use this for my laptop at work and my cell phone. It is easy to use and the sound is very clear. I love the thin case because I can fir it in my pocket or toss it in my purse. It is so compact and light weight. Excellent choice in a blue tooth headset!
