Q: After laser printing and drying, can we use dry erase markers on it, write on top of the printed areas, and wipe clean without losing the printout?

I'm afraid not. The script on the laser printed areas cannot be wiped cleanly without losing the printout. The toner will absorb some ink. But if you print with an inkjet printer, it will be fine to use dry erase markers on it.
