Smart and works well
Works well and I read comments about how most it is, but it only does a pretty insignificant noise when you have just got some water out of it. I love its look and that it works well so far.

Internet VS reality
The product looks great on the picture, as well as in reality, until you touch it. The plastic is cheap, the dispenser itself is shaking, doesn't have legs to adjust. No booklet with any information was included.My decision was made based on 5* rating, but it definitely doesn't deserve the 5*It was delivered upside down, which is not the seller's issue, more for Amazon delivery, but thought the seller needs to know too.

Poor quality. The door on the dispenser doesn’t fully shut and is quite annoying. Machine is quite loud. Would never consider buying again.

Hot water was being dispensed from both hot and room temperature outlets. Was very noisy also.
