Never got to use

Bought this in conjunction with the Launch scanners supplied by Amazon only to find it wasn’t compatible. Tried the next two levels up on Launch scanners but was told by Launch help line that these scanners are not theirs. Amazon investigating. The ideas looks brilliant Confusing
