First of all, I am impressed with the ingredients; this is a clean pre-workout. Unsurprisingly, it gave me zero sluggishness or jitters. I have been struggling to find a good pre-workout as I hate the feeling of post-side effects. It’s just a champ and it actually helps me get through the day after an early morning workout. I usually get tired easily after early morning workouts, but not with this! The taste is amazing, not too artificial or sugary, you know. You’ve got to grab these ASAP!

Reviewing this product after 3 uses at different times and different ratios. Me: 6’ 1” 210lbs 57 years old. Work out 4-5 days a week. Overall, I love the taste, texture, and the fact that you can control the stimulant amount. Killer container as well. Looks cool on my counter top. Workout #1 2:00 PM. 1 scoop stim and 1 scoop pump. High rep Pull Day. Overall felt great. Stim was perfect. Pump awesome. Felt a little more vascular than normal when done so that was cool. No issues sleeping that night. Workout #2 4:00 PM. 1 Scoop Pump – No Stim. Shoulders/Traps. Love that fact that I can work out late and still get the benefits of the citrulline malate, beta-alanine, and betaine without having to worry about sleeping that night. Great pump. Workout #3. 10:00 AM 2 scoop stim and 1 scoop pump. Leg Day!! Not gonna lie I was humming in this work out. No Jitters just a lot of “Lets Go!!” Hit a squat PR that I may not have tried unless I felt the way I did. 90 min work out. Came down fine. Slept fine that night as well. My biggest take away other than tasting great, is being able to control the “stim” as we have all felt that feeling at 2 am with eyes wide open. So love this product and will order again.

I love how you're able to customize the amount of stim you get for each serving! It's perfect for when you want a little less those night workouts or a little more when you need an extra boost. It tastes great, not too sweet and it doesn't have an artificial taste. I used it after taking 2 weeks off from the gym and it gave me enough of a boost to feel like I didn't even take time off. It kept me focus without the jitters. Definitely recommend!

In my years of working out I have experimented with a variety of pre workouts ranging from very high stim to non stim pre workouts & have never really been satisfied with the blend of ingredients. Then I came across this brand and I have to say the balance of pump, focus and energy is perfect and exactly what I’ve been looking for! It doesn’t make me jittery or feel overstimulated, I’m just zoned in and ready to workout. The flavor is amazing too, it’s like a treat before the gym. Highly recommend 🔥

I dont’t usually take pre-workout, but i wanted to try this one out. I take only small scoops of each, but I feel that it still gives me so much energy and such a great pump when lifting weights. I definitely feel the difference when taking it. The flavor was good and i love the design and the meaning behind the product name. Looking forward to more flavors!

I loved this pump and stim combo! The strawberry lemonade flavor is unmatched and is one of the best tasting pre-workouts on the shelves. The pump this combo gives you is crazy and the best part is that you can adjust the stim portion for more or less energy when needed!
