As a retired roamer in our VW California can identify as plods along with a touch of humour & mystery, making it an easy & enjoyable read. Have recommended it to my brother and a friend as they enjoy Richard Osman stories.

Cosy crime , pleasant, funny, you don’t need a PhD to figure out who done it. Just a slight negative, some of the language regarding women is outdated and not necessary. Overall a pleasant read.

This is not a complicated murder mystery but it is a wonderful enjoyable read and involves a terrier who's cute

Very enjoyable, laugh out loud, familiar with that area of Wales and also enjoy camping. Am in middle of sorting out my own day van, so understand the joys of sorting out what's needed and what's not. Looking forward too reading more's of the series.
