These are my favourite wee insoles although i find i have to renew them quite often

Good and useful
These work well on shoes that are already a snug fit. That they move when loose in the shoe is easily remedied by tapping the shoe heel down as you are about to put your foot in the shoe.They are comfortable.A good alternative for the full sole. I use both for different shoes.

Wow!!!
These fit into my shoes (any shoe) without compromising the fit. The support was great, comfortable and helped with hip/knee problems I have no end! Couldn’t feel them in my shoes but certainly felt the benefit thank you.
