Co-Pilot CPDVR3 1080p Dual Functionality Dashcam with Rear View Mirror HD Video Recorder, 4.3 inch LCD Display and Built-in Microphone, Black

I bought this for my Octavia Estate. Wired it up using a Nextbase hardwire kit, added a 64MB micro SD card, put rear camera in, slipping the wiring under the trim. OK so there's no GPS but so what, you get what you pay for. This does the job and I'm happy with it. Don't bother with G sensor - it is too sensitive and will write protect all files and fill up your SD card. Mirror without display on is duller than standard mirror but for me that is good because I don't have a fancy dimming rear view mirror and it cuts down the glare at night.

Very good camera, good picture quality on both cameras, easy to install, front camera can sometimes go black if left on for too long, make sure to check camera before starting journey, will need a TF card otherwise won't accept the memory card.

Nowt to dislike, arrived early, took 1/2 hour to install very good quality, very clear, easy to use, I've bought 4 different ones but all four sent back as they were cxxp, but this is the best I've installed very very pleased with it and will definitely recommend this to other people, worth every penny.

I purchase the co pilot i my daughter who travels mostly on the motorway network from home to London a round trip of 4 hours.• Intermittent recording of a journeys, would only record certain parts of the journey.• C Co pilotadvised not to use ‘scandisk’ sd card, so purchased another card• Video would not play on windows media, Contacted Co-pilot advised that need to download ‘VLC media player’• Initial sound worked and now no sound• The screen shows the views from both front and rear cameras, the video data shows 2 recording for each journey but will only play the front cameras views. Our vehicle was hit from behind but this cannot receive the footage• The round trip is 4 hours but only records 2 hours, Contacted Co-pilot advised that need to get a larger 64 GB SD card. This is now the 3 rd card bought.• The camera initial worked with 64 GB SD card but no longer records anything.i would NOT buy this product

I ordered one of these as I wanted a camera to record my journey's & protect my insurance NCB but without having my view obstructed and this product was perfect for that. Easy to install by clipping it to your mirror and then tucking the cables into the interior seal of the car. I like that the mirror is slightly dimmed which is perfect for night driving as the glare is reduced greatly compared to my standard rear view mirror.Some gripes I have with the camera, the camera doesn't record over your previous footage so you will have to format the memory card once in a while, I recommended at least a 32GB so you're spending last time formatting and recording in 720p resolution. The G sensor is super sensitive and will even start recording if a car passes you from their aerodynamics so I'd turn that off. The footage itself, nothing to write home about but it does a good job of capturing what's in front of you.I recommended this is will be your first camera or need something basic & cheap.

Rear and front dashcam recording cpdvr3 unfortunately it 😕 was faulty after a week had these dashcams before lasted a couple years brilliant when working.

does what it says on tin rear camera works with my parking sensors in giving maximum confidence.the company's attitude to customers is to be commended any issues mainly to operator error (me) and answered promptly and with good knowledge of product. A few sellers could take a leaf out off there book (copilot)

Easy to set up (see YouTube) and wire into the car. It works fine but I don’t like the blue tint, it’s too dark. I’m rarely out at night in the car and so don’t need the anti glare tint.
