This device doesn’t not hold suction. It doesn’t matter which setting or which head you use. Level 5 feels like the lowest setting at my esthetician.. I’m very disappointed and feel bamboozled.

This is the first time I've used a device like this so I’m not sure what’s bad, good, or great. It’s easy to use although the directions were confusing when it stated to lower the tube and fill it with water. I learned you start using the device on your face and the tube fills with water. The diamond attachment feels a little rough but it’s not too bad. It has strong suction and doesn’t glide across my skin easily because it pulls or pops off if I press gently. I kept it on level one because it’s powerful enough for me.It got rid of a few white pustules and some clogged pores on my nose. I’m worried to use this with full pressure because I’m not sure how my face will react.It seems like a good device and can be helpful for clogged pores.The downside is that there’s no adapter included, so you have to find one that’ll work to charge it. I don’t have one.

Pretty happy with this microdermabrasion machine. Uses water and suction to clean your pores really well. Very easy to operate, pretty much just have to add water to the machine. The suction worked really well and was able to deeply clean my pores. Clean up was pretty easy as well. Multiple heads on the machine allow you to deeply clean various areas. I would highly recommend

Turned on to use, no suction, even on highest setting. No "deep cleaning," as water is not dispensed, nor is there ANY suction. Missing items as described in listing; cotton swabs and replacement
