This was purchased for our 10' X 20' deck and we love it. It is perfect. We purchased the 32" fire pit with the 2 cup holders. The produce is a well made sturdy product. Putting it together was easy based on the easy to follow and well laid out and labeled instructions. It was delivered fast and packaged extremely well. I looked at a lot of fire pits before purchasing this one and I am completely satisfied with this product. Oh, and it is easy to light with a classy silver knob. There is also some storage under the fire pit with the propane tank (open the side door which has a magnet to keep it closed). A nice surprise also was the fire pit top that comes off when using the fire pit has a hanger on the back which can easily & nicely be attached and hung to the side of the fire pit so it does not get in the way &/or lost. Recommended.

The media could not be loaded.  Used Amex points so only spent about $100. Great deal! Came quick, well packaged, easy to put together. Got a used propane tank. So low expenditure. Makes great ambiance, highly recommend. Also seems to put out decent heat.

This review is for the 32" firepit square table model. Very easy assembly. Good written assembly instructions with pictures. The fire pit looks good and puts out some nice heat, with a fairly wide adjustable range of flame intensity/height. A couple caveats to note: (1) the top is black, but the bottom 4-sided frame is a color combination of black and a slight bronze color (particularly on the vertical side supports with somewhat prominent bronze vertical stripes; the bronze is more of an accent color to the black), (2) the height of the fire pit is not 31.2" high as noted in one of the manufacturer's pictures; it is 25" high as noted in the written product description (hopefully the seller will update this discrepancy on its picture, as I was desiring the higher height), (3) the product arrived with a dent in one top corner (I noticed a similar dent in the same location from another reviewer's posted picture, so this may be a quality problem at the manufacturing location or a lack of packaging protection during shipping), and (4) as other reviewers have noted, it can be hard to get the auto-igniter to light the fire (holding the dial down for 20-30 seconds can sometimes remedy this problem as others have stated, but what I have found to be the best solution for me has been to ensure the propane valve on the tank is open about 80% before using the auto-ignite feature, and after the fire is lit to then close down the propane tank valve to your desired % open level for the duration of your fire session - for obvious reasons, do not stand above the fire ring when lighting the fire; rather stand off to the side!). In summary, this is a good product at the price paid (with the caveats noted above). Time will tell how long it lasts during the winter months (snow/rain rust potential - I will likely cover it). But overall, I would recommend this product and buy it again if needed.

After visiting many stores and not liking any we searched Amazon and found this unit. We love it. Good quality and looks nice. I had only one problem. When assembling the panel with the slot for the knob was too short. I couldn’t line up the holes to screw in the legs. I ran to the hardware store and bought some zinc coated washers to act as spacers. $2.00 later I had it put together. Runs great and looks very nice. Have used it several times.

We didn’t know what to expect as we’ve never had one. For our particular needs; this is perfect. Decent quality; simplistic; but works as advertised. We are well satisfied with the entire experience.

I love this fireplace! It arrived on time, in new perfect condition & packaged well. Was easy to assemble & looks great. Doesn't scratch easily. It fits on my 10x12ft deck with plenty of space for chairs. Does not come with propane tank so plan on buying one & it does use quite a bit of propane. I keep flame fairly low so it doesn't empty the tank in 1 use. I woukd buy from seller again.

I was having trouble keeping the flame on and i contacted customer service. they were very helpful and provided me pictures of what to check. I was able to get it fixed without too much trouble. Excellent product and good price point,
