Night Owl - Awesome
Great camera to add to my system, very easy to setup, so I.wanted to get one more and too bad they raised.the price of it. Guessing I'll wait for the price drop.because it's worth it.

Won't Connect with Compatible DVR
I am a repeat Night Owl Camera and DVR customer. I purchased a two pack of these cameras to use with my Night Owl DVR. Initially, they both worked as advertised. Eventually, one stopped showing on my DVR. After many, many resets and calls to customer service, this was sent to their advanced service/customer service department. They claimed to have called me twice at the appointed service time, but this was simply not true. I now have a camera I can use on my phone, but not with my DVR and in-home monitor. The customer service from Night Owl was the worst of any company I've had contact with, ever.

Not reliable
Have ordered two so far and both connect very easily. Comes off as great in the beginning but within a week each one starts over heating and disconnecting during the night. By the time I awake camera is no longer connected or active. Just completely deletes and disconnects itself. Unfortunately two times was enough Will be returning and requesting a refund. Can not recommend this camera because it is not reliable beyond a few days at most.
