I have two huskies one of which has severe food allergies and stomach issues. This has been a Life Saver!! My dogs love eating this and allergy issues are in the past. We use this with Grandma Lucy freeze dry food to offer extra protein at meals too. It is great for dogs, satisfied picky eaters, and is a no Gaston option to raw feeding!

Two very picky eaters that we could never find a kibble they seemed crazy about. A groomer told us about the Primal freeze dried line and gave us a couple of "nuggets" to try. Both dogs really went for it. That was several months ago and it's as popular as ever. Numerous flavors. My two prefer the pork and chicken - we rotate one for breakfast and one for dinner. Not real crazy about the turkey and sardine and neither one ever really liked the beef. It is expensive but sure seems a lot healthier than any of the kibbles we have fed them. Strongly recommend trying it if you have a picky eater. Be sure to crumble the nuggets and add just enough hot water to make a paste-like consistency. Your pet needs the water added to help with digestion. Ensure plenty of drinking water is available as well. My four pounder got 2 nuggets twice a day and my 10 pounder gets 3 nuggets twice a day. Clean bowls most days.

My dogs jump with excitement when it is time to eat.They love everything about the food.

I WAS SO HAPPY TO SEE MY PICKY EATER WHO HAS BEEN UNDER WEIGHT HER ENTIRE LIFE, SHE'S A WOLFDOG, HUSKY GERMAN SHEPHERD GREY WOLF MIX WITH SOME MALAMUTE AND IRISH WOLFHOUND AND SHE ONLY WEIGHS 50 POUNDS. PICKY EATER WHO CAN GO TWO OR THREE DAYS JUST NOT EATING. WELL, I GOT THIS AS A TRIAL AND SHE LOVES IT!!! EVEN GAINED SOME WEIGHT ON THE ONE BAG! I WAS FEEDING HER THREE NUGGETS TWICE A DAY WITH OTHER FOOD…. SHE'S EATING THE NEW KITTENS WET FOOD, TOO, NOW. LOL I CANNOT BELIEVE THE RECOMMENDED DAILY FOR HER WEIGHT IS 20 TO 28 NUGGETS! IM ON A FIXED INCOME, SENIOR AND IF I'M CORRECT THAT'S ABOUT $30 A DAY?? I AM NOW SO UPSET THAT SHE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO TRANSFER FULLY TO THIS AS HER MEAL. SIX NUGGETS A DAY IS PROBABLY MORE MY PRICE RANGE WITH HAVING TO NOW HAVE BULLY MAX AND PRIMAL. WORTH IT BUT RETIRED AND CAN'T AFFORD IT.

My two senior dogs, even the very picky one, LOVE this dog food! It takes a couple of hours to rehydrate the blocks so they can eat it, but that’s only a small inconvenience. My Vet recommended this food for my senior dogs, ages 12 and 15. It’s VERY expensive, so a price break would be helpful, but otherwise I highly recommend it.

The product arrived within 5 days. Our dog is old and missing a lot of teeth. He just loves it.

I use it as a treat. Put two nuggets in warm water and cut them in small pieces. My dog is asking for more!!

I love that my dogs love this product, I would like a more reasonable price point tho. 1 bag lasts 3 feedings. I have a 40lb dog and a 15lb dog on this food and I'm ordering every 3 days.

Primal is very good pet food. I buy this for my Charlie.This food is complete and balanced. It is made with only wholesome , real food ingredients .Whenever my Charlie has friends over and I offer some Primal to his friends they all love it.

I'm not as find of this style freeze-dried raw I prefer open farm version. I don't like having to put my hands in and break it up.

Who can afford that? Don't get me wrong, the quality is great and my dogs were definitely impressed but…
