i love them. they work just like they should, they allow me to play on my ps5 while being on a zoom meeting. only thing is, the app isn't available on MacOS, so u cant really use the right knob unless you have a windows based device. hoping for an app for mac soon!OH AND THE EARPADS SUCK! BUY THE ONES FROM WICKED CUSHIONS!

Love it
Feels good on my gigantic head. Not that tight. Quality is amazing. The GG SteelSeries software is even more amazing. Good battery life, lasts more than 8 hours because I don't think I have used it longer than that in one stretch.

New doesn’t mean better
I bought these as a replacement to my husband’s oldies Steelseries 9X, which he loved to pieces. He enjoys their noise cancellation feature but that’s it. He cannot use them while they charge, and after they stop charging he has to restart his PC to recalibrate the microphone because it doesn’t work. He guesses that many incompatibilities and struggles might be caused by his old PC of 2016, he is still figuring it out. He is considering to repurchase the 9X ones as he was very content with them for PC gaming.

Mic issues
When I first got the headset it was fine audio is great, but when ever I get on discord my friends keep telling me that my mic is cutting off my speech. I used my old headphones and no issues occurred. I hope customer support helps me here!

Muy buen producto dentro de lo que cabe pero como primera impresión siento que no termina de escucharte al 100 el lado derecho del audífono, seguiré probándolo y les comentaré

Très bon casque
Bon micro (même si avec l'absence de mousse, on peut entendre son souffle s'il est trop proche), son correct (pas autant que je l'avais imaginé sur l'écoute de musique, mais très bien pour les vocals), confort assurée, design magnifique. J'en suis très satisfaite

Kopfhörer Nachteile
Ich fand die Kopfhörer nicht so besonders der Schaumstoff führte sich auch an von den kopfhörern als wäre das so günstiger 40 € 30 und was also das war schon mal nicht so gut dann war auch die Qualität nicht so gut wie ich es für den Preis erwartet hätte Sound war auch nicht so gut für die preisklasse zu müssen für mich und Mikrofon auch nicht

Une qualité de son exceptionnelle gâché toutefois par des sons horribles de connexion bluetooth et autres qui vous font sursauter si vous avez le casque sur les oreilles. Franchement, à ce prix-là, un son plus zen aurait été plus adapté.
