I love this tea, often I find fruity teas smell great but taste of nothing but this one has a delicious strawberry flavour. I like that it's good for skin, hair and nails although no idea if it's made any difference. Good value for money in this pack. Also great that it's suitable for vegans!

Glow up tea has a subtle pleasant strawberry taste. They come individually wrapped so you can carry a few in your bag. Overall a great fruit tea and I drink it daily.

Lovely refreshing taste

First off let me say that I have tried* Glow (the best of the lot imo)* Matcha* Heartea (other page also Twinings) one of my favs!* Menopause* Sleep tea with spiced apple, vanilla, chamomile (the lavender coloured box)* Sleep with valerian and orange blossom* Sweet Dreams with Raspberry and valerian (also quite nice)First off - I strongly recommend to stay away from the 'larger boxes'. The teabags broke very very easily and got tea leaves in through out my tea! It'd be fine if I had a container, but their bags are horrid for this larger pack for whatever reason!Secondly! They are VERY WEAK teas! That SAID GLOW TEA IS MY FAVOURITE And will use that as my *base* for all my teas at night before bed.I take two teabags of Glow, I fill the cup with fresh boiled water from the kettle a little less than half way and then cover it with a saucer and *leave it*.Sometimes I come back within ten minutes! Sometimes it's over an hour later. When I return I re-boil the kettle and the pour it over to top up my cup and ADD In one more tea bag (usually Heartea by Twinings or The Sleep tea with spiced apple and vanilla - lavender packaging not the dark blue)The teas on their own are extremely weak in my opinion. BUT if they're layered and/or duplicated then it works! As mentioned, I will use the GLOW (or strawberry cucumber) tea with biotin as my base under all my night time teas. Sometimes on its own! Sometimes with the heartea or sleep tea. I will also then add 1-2 sucralose based sweeteners (or honey). This has been my night time routine for the past three years (since I found them!)I am menopausal and have great difficulty calming, sleeping and all sorts. This is the ONE thing at night that I can do that is soooo calming (Do your face, brush your teeth, fuss a bit! Get ready for bed, shut down the computer... re-boil that kettle and sit with lotion, face cream and your tea and watch some great YouTube videos!) Highly recommend, (aside from the larger packs, none of those in the umpteen gazillions that I have tried - have EVER been good quality bags!) I get the BULK packs because of HOW I drink this in duplicates and layering of flavours. AND it's SO MUCH CHEAPER this way than in the supermarket! BE Warned if you go to their site, it will take you EONS to get it from them directly...
