Use your favorite sushi rice recipe to make this 2. Slightly wet hands with water to avoid rice from sticking while forming rice into large oval shape 3. Put a dab of wasabi paste on the belly side of the shrimp 4. Place the oval formed rice into the belly of the shrimp 5. Carefully press rice into shrimp and form shrimp around rice 6. Turn over and continue to press until shrimp and rice are combined as one 7. Serve sushi shrimp with your favorite dipping sauces
