I ordered the 12-18 month size and it was definitely roomy. The smaller size may have been too small so I'm very happy with my choice. It was perfect and matched her birthday decor very well. And, she can wear it many more times since it will fit for awhile.

not rainbow..its silver
I know it says silver but the picture shows a rainbow glitter. Also a reviewer wrote that they received rainbow and not silver. For those two reasons i bought this one thinking i was getting rainbow glitter but its not, its silver. Guess its a toss up of what color you actually receive.
