Installation was a little more in-depth, but easy enough to accomplish. Silver plastic cover on front of grab bar must be removed in order to access actual hardware required to loosen the grab bar itself. After that, it was an easy job. The part is quality and durable, but just thin enough to adjust/bend if needed.

This is almost the perfect mount. I attached a magnet mount to the surface where clip would attach (I didnt use mic clip/hanger), and its the perfect mount for my Handheld Radio. The only issue I have is the metal is not thick enough and this vibrates while driving.ps. Anyone posting a negative comment about fit, they just installed it incorrectly, it lines up perfectly. Fit the grab bar in my 2011 Jeep Wrangler and the belt clip on my Midland 75-822 clips on without using the supplied clip and stays in place and within reach. It angles your device face towards the driver. The finish is smooth with rounded edges. For the price and my purpose I think that it is pretty good quality and value. Overall pleased with how it turned out.

Unlike some other reviews, mine fit perfectly flush with the grab handle. Works perfectly, I like that my passenger seat can still slide up to the dash. I didn’t like the machine screws provided because they make the screw heads stick out in the front so I replaced them.

Holds the mic for my TYT quad band mobile radio perfectly. It wasn't a perfect fit for my jku right out of the box (4 stars instead of 5) but the metal is thin enough to bend to the correct shape with a pair of pliers. Would recommend.

Easy install. I use it for my midland 75-822. Left off the the clip because my mic has a clip on it. It just clips on the plate. I thought it might be a loose fit but it clips to the plate very nicely & doesnt slide around. Cant beat the price either.

I like it a lot, just wished it didn’t stick out so far from the OS bar but other than that is is great.

Cheap, cheap made, poor fit. It was half the price of the name brand, so I tried it. Had to rebend it to even get close to fitting, all the paint cracked. Even the included hardware did not fit the holes and required drilling out...
