The EyeBag was designed by Prof T James, UK Ophthalmologist to simplify treatment for dry eye sufferers. Made from all natural components, the EyeBag has proven efficacy in clinical trials and is shown to be more hygienic than hot wet flannels/face cloths. Use twice a day for 5-10 minutes for 2 weeks and then as required to maintain comfort. The EyeBag can be reheated up to 200 times – about 6 months use for most people. Do not use if allergic to flax/linseed.

This item was defective out of the box
I bought this from Amazon UK. It came with Italian instructions. It was leaking linseeds from my first attempt to use. I have just tried to return it and Amazon tell me that it is not eligible for a refund. What an easy way to waste £20. No explanation for this very poor level of service was offered. It does not deserve one star but I had to award it one to have the post accepted.
