High Distortion
I am a loudspeaker engineer and broadcaster and consultant.Contrary to what the rest of the reviews say, this product has poor sound quality, and cannot be driven to average levels of loudness without severe distortion much over 12%.It will pair up and do stereo easily. If you want mediocre sound quality, you will have to spend on the neighborhood of $50 per speaker. And based on what I see in Amazon reviews, don't trust the reviews unless you see a rating of at least 4.5 stars, equating to 70% approval (one star, representing 20%, is the lowest rating available). If you want good sound quality in a portable battery powered BlueTooth speaker, you will have to spend a reasonable amount of money, namely about $200 per speaker, and choose very wisely. Creative Roar 1 was a good speaker, now discounted. In general, unless you want the convenience of these all-in-one portable units (Bose and its duplicate knockoffs, or UE, but they are fairly good, JBL Charge 3 a little less so in high-end, but lots of features), you will get much better bang for the buck in a home or office situation with cheap $100-250 audiophile grade speaker pair (JBL, Klipsch, Polk) and a cheap Bluetooth amplifier combination over $50, such as SMSL and similar. If you want decent sound and portability, you can buy a BlueTooth AudioEngine model, or Cambridge Audio Minx, or Orb Audio and add BlueTooth to the last two.

The media could not be loaded. Talk about a lot in small package!I recently received my Mini-O's and I am shocked at how they fill my apartment with sound. We're talking living room, bedroom, and bathroom (no shame). These small speakers together certainly get the job done.I've never owned a set of stereo speakers before but they have certainly surpassed my expectations.Shipping - very fast shippingSound Quality - great for the sizeSize - surprisingly small (about the size of my iPhone 6s+ screen)Design - sleek (especially in black)Definitely would recommend to a friend!

Nice form factor, unimpressive sound
The media could not be loaded. TLDR: Sounds exactly like laptop speakers, just a little louderI travel quite a bit and listen to music for long hours while I'm working. I was very excited to find speakers that would take up very little space.Unfortunately, the quality of sound from these speakers is pretty bad. To my ear, they sound exactly like the speakers on my laptop. So the only benefit they provide is A) they are a little louder, and B) I can place them on opposite ends of my desk for a larger stereo effect. But I have absolutely no desire to do this because they sound is so bad. What is the point of loud, stereo music when it sounds like it is coming from an aluminum soda can?I am no bass-head, but these have no bass AT ALL, so all you get in the upper frequencies which result in a very shrill and tin-y experience.I created a video review that compares these speakers to my Gigabyte P25 laptop, a 43" Philips 4K monitor, and a bluetooth insignia brick speaker (NSBTBRICK-C) I have been using up to this point. To my ear, the Mini-O speakers sounded exactly like the Gigabyte laptop, just a little louder.Even the Philips monitor outperformed these speakers, but not by much. The clear winner out of these four was the Insignia brick. It is probably 50% larger than both Mini-O speakers sandwiched together (like you would when packing) but the sound is 400% better, has a larger battery, water-resistant, media buttons, etc.

Truly portable high fidelity stereo sound
The Mini-O speakers are the first truly portable Bluetooth speakers I have owned, each speaker is smaller than my phone. I really loved that the speakers come in a pair because listening to music in true stereo sound is vastly superior to any mono source. The speakers come with a built in stand and then can be set up to surround the listener and truly envelope them in the sound. My speakers passed my first test when they connected without any hassle to each other. When I saw it was a pair I was skeptical that connecting the two because Bluetooth devices can be finicky. The next test, the testing of sound quality came next. To test the speakers I first out on Kamasi Washington's song "Truth" I held the speakers in either hand about a foot away from each ear and was blown away by the clarity. Jazz is a good test of quality in stereo speakers because different instruments and sounds come from different sides. My only complaint would be that the speakers lack in bass and overall volume but for the size the volume is very impressive and would be sufficient for someone traveling looking for nice speakers to set up in a hotel room. These speakers are for you if you value clarity and transportability but not if volume is your main motivation in looking for speakers.

Great Bluetooth Speaker!!!!
I just received my pair of Mini-Os this morning and have loved them so far. I have had a few other portable Bluetooth speakers before but none that could easily fit in my pocket like these ones. They are relatively easy to connect to Bluetooth and I just followed the instructions to connect both to my phone. The surround sound feature is very cool and immersive and allows me to place one on each side of the room. Sound quality is also pretty good and they are surprisingly powerful, especially when you have both connected. I haven’t had enough time to really test out the battery but they both still have battery after listening for about five hours. Stand is also a nice feature, especially since it fits right into the center of the speaker when you don’t want to use it. Overall very neat product and, as long as they keep performing, will become my go to speakers, especially when on-the-go.
