Baggy pants
These pants have a nice feel to them although my son didn’t realize how super baggy, they are hopefully after a wash, they’ll shrink a little and become a little less baggy

Not the normal parachute pant material
Thought these would be the swishy parachute pants that I grew up with and love but the material is not the same. Haven't had it for long, so not sure how the durability is, but so far it's comfortable and roomy. Also there is no liner inside in case anyone was curious.

My new favorite pants!
These cargo pants are so unbelievably comfortable! The material is lightweight yet keeps me warm in these chilly months. They fit as expected which was nice. The drawstring is great because I have no zipper or buttons to mess with. The side pockets have Velcro buttons so nothing falls out. These are definitely my new favorite pants!

Thin and lightweight drawstring pants with cargo pockets.
This is a pair of elastic waist and ankle cuff pants made of a polyester like material with an additional poly lining inside. They have no belt loops but they have an elastic stream throughout the waist, they have cargo pockets and a back pocket. To me these pants are more like scrubs. Nurses, doctors and other hospital workers need to wear comfortable, washable, and also secure pants with lots of pockets for their gear. These pants would be great for that type of setting.I have started wearing these pants on my slightly off-road hikes. They are actually pretty good in that setting. Burs from plants do not easily stick to them, any moisture I get on the outside doesn't come through to the inside, and they provide a little bit of that swishy sound when you're walking in nature which is important if you're in an area where you don't want to sneak up on certain wildlife. Of course for hunting you do want to sneak up on your animal, but if you just walking through the woods and a bear or buck hears these pants they will move on before you even get there.Overall these pants are nice and they fit well. They are more like track pants or scrubs rather than cargo pant material, but they are great for the same settings as cargo pants.

Elastic
Very soft and comfortable. Very baggy/loose. Draw string. I didn’t like the elastic ankles.

Nice Cargos for the price.
I picked up these YawYews Men's Cargo Pants to wear around the office while working. Over the past 20 years I found, for me, the most comfortable pants to wear while working from my home office are cargo pants so I tend to pick them up whenever I find some at a decent price. These are more light weight than they look in the pictures, they breathe well and are very comfortable with a loose fit. The length is a bit short, but not too bad. They have plenty of pockets as cargo pants should and have and sport an elastic waist band with a drawstring. They’re water resistant and have an inner poly lining of sorts, a different addition to other cargo pants I have. They only have elastic on the ends of the pant legs with no drawstring, so well see how that holds up, at the moment they fit nice and tight but they could loosen up. The stitching is clean, consistent and of good quality and looks like they’ll be durable, time will tell. Overall, I’d say these fit the bill for comfortable home office pants that I’d highly recommend.

“Parachute Cargo pants”
The item arrived in a plastic bag, carelessly packed. The size I chose based on the chart provided was correct. The color was also right. It is ideal to wear during the Summer in California and Florida. But wearing them indoors during the Winter time in the Northern. States and Canada needs a bit more thicker material which is far too thin, and the item is priced far too high.
